Hagay has experience in the talent agency ownership and management field. He was the personal manager of recognized talents and companies; full business management; negotiated talents' contracts with advertising and production companies; experienced in marketing, personal management of the artists, branding and positioning of the artists. Advertising work with directors, bands, production companies, advertising and public relations offices, television franchisees, reporters and photographers. Prior to working as an agent, Hagay worked at Ben Gurion Airport as the marketing and promotion manager. There he built and headed a new department. His work included writing a business and marketing plan, building a customer base, presentations to advertising and promotion companies, establishing a work plan.
